2026 Water Tolls set the minimum billing $193.00 for 2 months. Consumption over 5000 gallons is $104.00 per 1000 gallons, consumption over 6000 gallons is $520.00 per 1000 gallons. Consumption over 10,000 gallons is $1040.00 per 1000 gallons and subject to water being shut-off to protect the system.
2026 Parcel Tax set at $625.00 per parcel of land. Parcel Tax statements will be sent in May and payment is due no later than July 1.

It is highly recommended that residents consider a rainwater capture system for gardening. More under the Water Conservation tab

Residents are reminded to close their premises shut-off valve at the street if they will be absent for more than 3 days. DO NOT turn the District curb stop valve. Please contact trustees if you need this closed in order to replace your premises shut-off valve. Residents (or their contractor) who damage the curb stop will be liable for the full cost of repairs & hired plumbers.
